Thursday, November 29, 2007 Y 6:08 PM well, no target no accomplishment, so i went to search for this chart for female only  *first column: height/cm *second column: underweight/kg *third column: borderline underweight/kg *forth column: acceptable weight/kg *fifth column: borderline overweight/kg *sixth column: overweight/kg *seventh column: severely overweight/kg it's so shocking! can you believe it? 51.9kg is the acceptable weight for me! im only so i have two ways into attaining it, first, is have a voracious appetite and 2nd, to work on my muscles cause muscles tissues is heavier than fats.scientifically.so ppl, if you are overweight it's probably not because of the fats you have but it's cause you are so muscular..and sooo in order to attain that 51.9kg, i want to have a trip to east coast, anyone interested pls msg me!. besides that, also found out that the acceptable percentage fats range for female is bet 17% and 26%. and me? prob a mearge 2%. i cant waste my time away even though im not working. decided on a self guided sock doll workshop and also to at least bake edible cookies. Y 4:22 PM had a hasty day yesterday, which is jocelyn's birthday! well, the number of people in the plan was pathetic. very. only 3, doreen me and winnie. luckily doreen can make it, if not, it may be disappointing for jocelyn. anyway, went to meet winnie first at je interchange platform then off to far east to meet doreen. it was raining elephants and rhino. and the path seems flooded.my socks were soaked cause i just cant be bothered with it while winnie was walking so....slowly.ahax.anyway, reached far east and went to scout for the shop which doreen had describe over the phone as " dark, 40+ auntie in it, across it is a shop selling shoes placed on racks, corner" =.- wasnt able to find that shop though with that "vivid" description.waited for doreen to come and in the midst of it, i messed with winnie's hair in the toilet.ah shldnt have used the word mess,should be beautified her hair. =D soon, doreen came and she led us to the shop.one belt was really nice but quite ex too abt 25 bucks or so?forgot.was actually going to buy that for jocelyn but on second thought the other one seems to suit her better. and ya im going to pull my mum to far east and ask her to buy that super nice belt for me!. and off we go to shop for more accessaries for jocelyn.and i must say doreen is a chio bu with super nice taste! as for what causes me to say that,it's aint important and all of u SHLDNT ask =D and in the end we bought 1.a pair of earring 2.acrylic bangle 3.ring 4.supposingly, a belt then off we go for hiding cause apparently darrick and jocelyn are very near far east.went to seven eleven to buy a cup of icecream to substitute the cake and a lollipop as the candle. witty yea? =D then once they are in far east we asked darrick to lure jocc into the toilet and we went to hide in a corner of a shop which sells bag. doreen was like super fake and nervous and was facing the bags and the shopkeeper said" there's a mirror there, u can try on the bag".LOL!so hilarious.we can finally appear when both of them when inside the toilet.poked the lollipop into the ice cream and waited jocc to come out thru the reflection of the glass.thanks to whoever cleaner that makes it sparks.ahas.eventually,jocelyn came out and poof, goes the happy bdae song.she looked stunned.it hope it surprises her.ahax.then asked her to eat finish the ice cream in 10 seconds which is obviously a mission impossible so we wore all the things we bought as gifts on her and the lovely couple continues their date. had our dinner in long john with doreen's yucky cheese near my food. eyew. after that, long journey home.yawn anyway we saw "dont know what name actor" filming.doreen and winnie say he's handsome but i think it's okay only.and we accidentally walked past the area while they are filming =.- AND, there's this black shirt weird guy with long hairs over his face.we bumped into him for more than 5 times i reckon. perhaps it's winnie or doreen's mr right.LOL Saturday, November 24, 2007 Y 12:47 AM i've made up my mind. i will swear to eat until my acceptable weight throughout this holiday! provided that someone buy me an electical weighing machine that can weigh up to 1 dec place. =D Friday, November 23, 2007 Y 2:26 AM IM BACKED TO BLOGGED! had been working hard to organise 4e3'07 chalet.and i guess it's a successful one.exasperating yet fun.WHEE. tues woke up at ard 8.15am to complete the PAE registration then proceed to the market to meet jocc, winnie, doreen, cynthia, yy. n doreen was late LOL. bought the bbq stuffs and went home to settle the raw food stuffs, which includes picking out the shit of the prawns and such.so omg.but i managed to escape the task since my kitchen basin isnt THAT big to squeeze 5 of us. =D. i didnt laze ard doing nth either,managed to occupy myself with the amazing race thingy.was really excited abt it cos we will get to "zheng" the class.LOL that's the fun part of being an organiser.=D went downstairs to meet the guys and soon we went to the chalet first in jocc's dad's car.we went INTO the chalet WITHOUT checking in LOL.thenwe went to finalise the amazing race thingy and put the clues.and we were so suay that it started raining boohoos.when the rain become smaller me cynthia n dor went to the beach to put the flag thing.BUTT once we stepped on the sand, it started raining like shit again and we were like screaming and running back to the shelter with my "no friction" shoe.=.- went back to chalet and took umbrella and continue putting the clues.soon the class arrived then checked in with xincheng jocc and winnie.and winnie was enjoying walking in the rain with her ideal shuai ge aka xincheng under a small pink umbrella.aw so sweet!~LOL.after that we continue to place the clues.there's one clue that are to be placed somewhere ard the canal.but the clues doesnt stick to the initial place that we intended to place it at.when me and jocc finally decided on the new venue and was walking towards it, i heard someone shouting "hey peishing!" and it was ben and yongmeng.=.-which means we have to find a new place again=.- thanks ah.anyway we started the amazing race. my grp members ben chong wai xincheng peiting khai my group was so enthu including cw who had just woke up from his beauty sleep.they were so active and were running everywhere while im so super duper exhausted from the preparation of the amazing race thingy.nevertheless i managed to catch up with them cause im SHING.LOL! ben was super cunning he was looking at my expression to guess the location of clues.guess my expression often gave myself away but i swear i did try hard to maintain an expressionless face.it was hard cause i cant contain my laughter when they were very right on track on one second and went out of track the other seconds.it was very enjoyable.and here comes the exciting part.there's one clue that are hidden among the bush along the pathway.when my grp was searching for it i was chatting with cynthia.LOLS.then suddenly all the girls went screaming SNAKE!i cant believe it initially and i went to check it out.indeed, there was one.quite thick.so scary.but chong wai was super duper excited by then as though his laopo is lying there prompting him to come nearer to her.LOL!actually we were about to continue our task but chong wai the good citizen suggested to call the police.*clap* and we stayed there to wait for the police.we waited frm 7.37 to 8.25 i believe.and one of the policeman is soo cute!worth the wait!WAHAS! anyway while waiting,chong wai and xincheng was gg to look for the snake and chong wai was very determined to look for the head of the snake.=.- i was like "DONT GOOO!" lols so stupid.luckily ben was there to help me stop them. to be exact, stop xincheng frm gg near the snake only.and i got to know that snake see things thru it's heat receptor!wow. and i got to find out how the snake is spotted: "khai and pt spotted something white among the bush and were abt to stretch their hands in to tak it and ben the savior shone light on it and spotted a a a a a a a aaaaaaaa SNAKE!" after that we went to our next stop, tampines.and khai was super entertaining she was dancing in the busstop along with the music frm the chalet nearby. actually the aim of the task in tampines is to make them super full until they cant continue but our group was like so super hungry alr and so was enjoying the food bought.to think they can still choose what kind of bread to eat.=,-.somemore they sit on those kind of osim leg massager chair.power. i was starving then, but i cant help them eat.so pathetic.then it started to rain and lightning strikes.the game was stopped.so sadd.then called other grps to jio them go changi village eat dinner but in the end kana "release pigeon" T-T in the end we ta bao back chalet to eat then went upstairs talk about porn with desmond and doreen.aha! and YES I DIDNT BATH.but i smell nice wed after tat dunno what happen and im down on the dining table playing speed with doreen.so super funny.doreen was super serious but her speed was super not fast.LOL~but im so excited that i slam so hard on the table.wa piang pain but cant show that it's pain so must REN.lol.after that played with kim until 3 plus went up to slp.and duno when jocc slept beside me and her hair was like seducing my face which i thought it was ants.=.- haax.then woke up at ard 6 to let ppl slp on bed.sat on the dining table and am half asleep.was abt to go for a walk outside the chalet then i saw desmond, wenbin and jocc abt to go out.so i joined them.we went cheers in changi village to buy our breakfast.then actually we wanted to walk to _______ but dunno how.so we just continue walking and walking and walking until nowhere and finally took a bus to tampines.then to _______. after we had our breakfast we took a bus back to chalet.i was intending to count the no. of bus stop so that kenneth can get to the chalet easily but who knows until the 7th stop, i fell asleep.wonder why i know i fell asleep on the 7th stop?cause when i woke up, my left hand's finger is pointing 5 and my right hand's finger is pointing 2 and it adds up to SEVEN. LOL!!! =.-!!!!!!!!everyone was asleep except des perhaps.dunno.and jocc jerked suddenly and spilled the water that she bought while slping.LOL!!!!!!!!!so funny.and and and when it was time to alight i woke wenbin up and he gave those kind of "HUR?WHAT?OVERSTOP?WHERE AM I" desperate expression.SO SUPER DUPER FUNNY.what a pity that i didnt how to describe..ahax.then found corina they all and settle the games thingy and soon we started the game.duno why im quite frustrated during the game.moodswing perhaps.but it's quite fun to see them play esp when they are smashing eachother with waterbombs when im spared cos menstral saved the day!.but i believe i have missed out the fun out there.sigh.anyway me and jocc kept 2 waterbombs and went upstairs to throw the bombs at dunno who.ahax.after that we went to defroze the food and tried to start the fire.but the bbq pit seems to be the house of large colonies of ants.so super disgusting sight.and me corina boonsiong and xiaowen was like killing ants with pails and pails of water instead of starting fire.and the irritating ants keep crawling onto our shoe legs and i guess some crawled into my pants.AHHHHH!sexual harrassment.LOL!.then went to make those bbq food edible with help frm corina jocc and radhiah.and desmond came to offer help.but the basin was packed and i said sth lik "scratch my leg".to think he still take it seriously.but of cos i didnt let him touch me.LOL!disappointed eh des?WAHA!bbq started while we are in the midst of preparing the food.after that went to offer help at the pit.bbqed mainly prawns and perhaps some chicken wings. it was fun crapping at the pit and entertained by those stupid ants which i dont understand why they are so unlike me who are so friendly kind and not irritating even though im one too. LOL.then chongwai dunno what happen sat against the wall like he is gg to faint.xin ku him le cause he,wenbin and bs were the ones who tends the fire so that food can be cooked.so wei da.THANK U!as time goes, the bbq pit got lesser and lesser ppl until 4 of us, dor,cynthia,me and bs.and we started screaming and dor and cynthia started imitating dogs and cats fight to attract the attention of those in the chalet who seemed to be enjoying themselves.but only mr ng poked his head out to see what's happening at the pit.LOL!then we bbqed the marshmallows and it was actually the first time mr ng ate a bbqed marshmallow!.HAHA.eventually we put out the fire and went to clear up everything.as usual the ants are like ying hun bu san.i knew they love me.=D after that went upstairs and chatted with dor, kim and chong wai. AND CHONGWAI MADE ME SUPER DUPER HIGH MAN!.mainly because he taught us a new sign.a "hi" sign.LOL!wahas,we even created a dance out of it.specially for cw!wahaahahah!!!wheeeeee.after that they went nightcycling.aw and chong wai was one of them..sigh.LOL! then me kim dor jocc corina and xy took pictures together.and THEY WERE BULLYING ME!.throughout the whole pic takin thingy they were ostracising me.but guess what,we are takin picture using my cam and they are doing that to me?.oh god.where's justice?!   photoshop-ed. left with beauties only =D "cheese." eyew.nono " eeeeee" RADHIAH! candid shots my pathetic legs.injured yet still so pretty.LOL bullied =( well they are just purely jealous of my beauty ostracized wheeeeeee eh? they are responsible for the sand on the bed! =X whose shadows? jocc:"talk to my hands"then i went to bath which is finally cause im so super itchy frm my head to my toe.ahax but i still believe i still smell nice.LOL!.ahax.then waited for jocc and corina to bath but duno when happen when im awake im on the floor against the table.ahax.and doreen and kim was alr slping.so i joined corina jocc and xy play uno.then downstairs and continue.watched tv and me and jocc actually wanted to cycle to changi village but think it's too dangerous since there are only me and jocc, such high quality chio bu-s.LOL!so i sat on the living rm chair and watch bs sleep.aha!he was frowning and i swear i saw him clenched his fist!then i ask jocc if he was having a nightmare.all of the sudden, bs sit up,he was awake.me and jocc were shocked and jocc was laughing like mad.=.- then i fell asleep on the one sit sofa.when i woke up,which was ard 6 it was damn freezing cold even though i have my jacket.cold till i feel like vomitting.so i went to the kitchen to look for boiling water and rinsed it down my hands.SHUANG.by then,only corina is awake.so she suggested to settle welfare stuff so i went up to take the stuffs.asked corina to count money and a few minutes after she finished counting, she fell asleep.=.- there i was left alone in the cold freezing morning.i sat on the floor and wrote on my book...     i was the only one awake in the chalet and i was bored to death.LOL!so i went for an emo walk in the beach there.watching the sky changes frm dark dark to bright bright.watching so many ships sailing frm left part of the sea to the right side.watching the wave crashes against the sand and listening to the sound of the water.plus the songs that im listening while watching, it seems like im ditched by someone.LOL!nevertheless, i walk frm one end of the pathway to the other and from the other to the other.stood there to daze till there's a dog running towards my direction with his owner.but it was not tied to the owner.once the dog past me, i was so relieved.but who knows there's one more coming towards my direction but the owner is alr far far away so i was stunned.not the end yet, i was completely stunned when another one came again.and the dog is like those kind of wild dog.i wanted to run but im stunned.lols.anway nth happen to me.the dog cant bear to hurt me i guess.LOL! then i went back to the chalet cause im afraid of more dogs.LOL!then went to clean up the stuffs and check out. gdbye to changi chalet H.i will nv come again.LOL some random pics that kim took on the train    on the trip back, doreen and kim was sexual harassing me.they were like touching my chin with their fingers and the feeling is so eyewwwwwwwwwwww such that i can feel all my hair erector muscles contracting.eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...im made mentally unbalanced by them and so i exhibit my revenge on chong wai's lion.AHA.was super tired when i reached home.my legs seems detached frm my body, my mind seems dead. so i slept practically the whole day.slept frm 1 to 5 and then frm 6 t0 9. and then frm 12 plus to 1 in the afternoon.=D chalet:14 mosquito bites;2 blueblacks;1 blister;2cuts;butt n thigh ache;FUN =D evidence |
